I currently attend Brock University going into my fifth year as a History student, focusing on the American Revolution and Medieval Europe (Vikings/Norse history especially). Canada is where I dwell, where some like to believe it snows all year round and we live in igloos. I live in Southern Ontario where it's too hot in the summer, too cold in the winter, but perfect in spring and autumn. I speak French, German and Old Norse (random, right?) I'm a Polski, and an Irish lad. I'm very friendly, but if I'm just meeting you, I can be fairly shy and come off a bit sarcastic without meaning to (yay for being socially awkward!). I'm fairly shy and untalkative around new people, but once you get to know me I generally find it difficult to keep my mouth shut. I'm a dreamer, and tend to daze off during class. I'm a perfectionist and complete neatfreak; you could literally call me Monica Gellar. I do like to go out of my way to please people, hate to say no, and usually don't have a problem with anyone unless they have a problem with me. I'm a Blue Jays fan, next to the Boston Red Sox. I'm a huge fan of British humour (aka Monty Python). I'm also a Disney kid at heart and currently have an obsession with Flynn Rider and Brave.
I have an obsession with paranormal activities. I love reading and learning about paranormal things - ghosts, hauntings, poltergeists, you name it. I love visiting haunted places (of course, not without a friend). I do, however, manage to scare the shit out of myself by absorbing myself into late-night paranormal television shows and stories.
I'm a history nerd, and love everything and anything about it. I plan on moving in the next few years to England or Ireland to complete my masters and hopefully teach there. I would also love to have the chance to travel to historic sites all over Europe. There's just something about history that makes it so appealing, and I would love to be standing in a historic site that has survived since Medieval Europe. My top choice to travel to, however, would be where the leprechauns dwell. Maybe I'll stumble upon a pot of gold.
